Thanks all. It doesn’t look like it’s ideal but turning off 5ghz has fixed the problem with my Atom. Now there is a solid connection to the app every time. No discernible effects on any other connected devices yet. If there is I will split the bands and see where that gets me. Again thanks to everyone. What a helpful crowd.
