No, but some were made in the UK - Castle Acoustics, who also originally made the Fraim shelves.

Outside of much of this community Focal tweeters are exceptionally well-regarded (as they should be - theyāre superb).

I was, many of them were a visionary, new way of making loudspeakers.
Maybe Naim or dealers wasnāt clever enough to guide how to setup and install these speakers.
I believe setup issues were reason for many dislikes.
Many of todays loudspeakers are far too pleasing and laid back, people seem to want an easy listening - Naim loudspeakers were more forward like real instruments and voices.
False hifi effects like soundstage was never a flat earth loudspeaker merit.
Iād love to have nSat and S400 back.

I understand Spendor have a facility for making cabinets too.
The trick is to have them to play well together with the rest of the speaker,thatās one of the things that Naim speakers are very good at.

As usual, Focal being called out on here for no other reason other than resentment over the Vervent acquisition.

Sorry, but a lot of people here donāt like Focal speakers because of their sound. Nothing to do with Vervent.
I donāt like the Focal speakers I have heard. The only Naim speaker I liked were the IBLs.

The Focal TC90K is a fantastic tweeter (especially in the Impulse H2)
IMHO nobody comes close to SEAS tweeters though 
I just canāt take to Focal speakers especially with Naim gear.
The Utopias that Naim use in their dem room sounded wonderful when I heard them last year. The Sopra 1s I heard a while ago sounded very bright and disjointed, but they may be because they were only being driven by an Atom. Like all speakers, matching is critical, but with Naim the Utopias were really something. Iāve not heard Kantas, but they are certainly pretty looking speakers.
Focal sopra 2 with 552dr/nap250Dr cds3 XPs dr. Hard and bright. They are asking $40,000 nzd for those sopraās these days

My first pair of SBLs were purchased from a well known retailer in north London. When the guy came to install them he perforated the rear aluminium pads such that the gap reduced towards the back. I sent them back and had them deliver a replacement pair, which I assembled properly. The replacement pair had a much more attractive grain pattern too.

The fact that you donāt like the match with those components doesnāt make them bad speakers.
Of course, that would be understood and acknowledged with any other speaker manufacturer. But no, not with Focalā¦ theyāre just poor speakers 
What I really liked about Naim speakers is the fact that they worked (often best) close to a back wall. Most speakers nowadays have to stand free in the room, but letās be honestā¦ who wants or can place speakers like that in a livingroom. (orā¦has a SWMBO whoās gonna give permission to do so)
Iām afraid itās never gonna happen, but if Naim would come up with something like this, letās call it the n-Sats LE forā¦ letās say a new shoebox Nait (with remote!) and a matching shoebox streamer, kinda like a Regaās āSystem Oneā package deal, then I could very well be persuaded to place an order!
