I recently bought HIFIMAN EF400 DAC + HEADPHONE AMP. I want to connect this new DAC having XLR out to be connected to my NAIM NAC32.5 PREAMP. Is it possible to connect XLR to DIN or XLR to BNC (CD input) cable to my 32.5? Will it damage my premap or maybe mismatch to 32.5 input. XLR output usually have high colume output.
Please advise?
You should use the RCA Phono output, which is single-ended. You’ll need an RCA Phono to DIN5 interconnect.
