I plugged a power line in but had forgotten to switch the XPS off on the front panel. Think that was the reason .
Bet u won’t do that again

XPSs had a bit of a reputation for blowing fuses, though it never happened to me when I had one. Time to get a proper (Naim approved) replacement fuse for the spare slot I would suggest.

Thanks Roger, yes absolutely.
As an aside , the XPR DS is a wonderful upgrade for the NDX . I currently have a NDX2 on order and am very much looking forward to plugging it into the new streamer .
