For me during a home demo, i found the Vodka sucked the life out of the music.

Funny how we all perceive things differently. I have found that it has done the opposite in my system and can completely understand why AudioQuest has named it the - Vodka

“ I found the Vodka sucked the life “

I completely agree with that, specially after the second bottle.

I think you must have had a clown for breakfast today, but I like it and it brightens up my work day

Three Vodka cables taking a well earned break whilst the system is down as the lounge is being decorated and new carpet.

Carpet, hmm you will probably find change in sound.

Yay, triple Vodka - I’m a man after his own heart

I had full loom Vodka a few years back. I tried the BJC 6A while it was the ‘thing’ and thought it was a more natural sounding cable. I’ve had it ever since and not thought about ethernet cables again. I’d stick with what you’ve got.

I’m with you here. Posh cables when the system is where you want to end up or close to it. I’m close but waiting to move and get a dedicated spur first.

After two weeks of full loom Vodka, and wearing headphones on a daily, as well as listening from the main speakers, i’m now noticing the bottom end really starting to fill out, and with more detail to boot. Instead of just hearing the bass, i can now pick out the nuances from the strings being played. The strings themselves actually vibrating with detail from the drivers. This is something that none of the other cheaper computer console cables got anywhere near to developing. It really is sensational stuff, especially with reggae music. Really adding a sense of bounce to the music and just altogether sheer fun.

Yes I agree here, three weeks in and they just keep on getting better. Probably one of the best cable upgrades I’ve ever done. Certainly up there with the HiLine and PowerLines. The word that springs to my mind is “definition.” The amount of energy now coming out of my n-SATs is simply staggering.

Back to the MeiCords, get rid of any silver in your system!

Why?
Vodka in, vodka out, in, out, and shake it all about :joy:

Na man. Silver destroy music. It’s too bright and analytical. Some things is does good, but ‘overall’ it not has any mojo. No BB King buddy. Digital music is bright, silver destroy it. Copper saves it!:yum::wave: Misses now raving

Why silver? Vodka is only copper. Or I miss something.

I don’t know but MeiCord show Vodka a clean pair of heels. I’m gutted in a round about way. Russ Andrews has just completely killed the Vodka, in a very big way :flushed:

Only SMPS upgrades and mains block.

I’m curious Stephen- is it just the final Vodka run between switch and NDX2 you’ve replaced or all of it ?
