Hi Keith. Does ‘drop out’ for you mean a temporary loss of signal or is it a ‘jump’ in the signal?
I ask because I was streaming a R2 download the other day and it kept jumping forward, exactly as if Johnny Walker had elbowed his record player and it skipped a few grooves. It happened every few minutes. I assumed it was my hardware (either NDS or my WiFi) but now wondering if this is another example of a BBC iRadio issue?

Both things happen. It is mainly dropouts where the buffer goes to 0% for a brief moment causing the loss of music. Also I do occasionally get the jumping forward as though the DJ has elbowed his record player and it has skipped a few grooves. As I said it only seems to happen with BBC HLS stations.
