BBC Radio not working

Hi,
My BBC Radio stations no longer work with my NAIM Uniti Nova (latest updated firmware).
I had this problem a year ago and deleting and recreating the presets fixed it.
This doesn’t work this time and I remain without my beloved Radio 6.

Anyone else with same issues and, if so, how can we get this fixed.

Hi all, Apologies for this one cropping up again. It is a VTuner problem, the actual BBC backend is working ok. To help smooth things over while VTuner get their side sorted, we’ve added the primary BBC stations into the bottom of the ‘Naim’s Choice’ view. So: BBC Radio 1,2,3,4, 5 Live and 6 Music. Vtuner BBC radio issue - work-around

There currently appears to be an issue with BBC channels and Vtuner on Naim streaming devices. Here is a temporary work around for Naim customers to access BBC stations through the Naim app. Select the desired streamer via the Naim application Select the Internet radio icon at the top of the app Select the “Naim’s Choice” choice You will find at the bottom of this folder BBC radio 1-6 which will all work. Please use this as a work around until the regular service is restored.
