I decided to cancel the Mu-So 2. It simply took too long to arrive and I am done with the hassle. What a pity.

Strange poor customer attention, maybe the delay is coursed that Mu-So 2 is discontinued ?

That could well be, but I don’t care anymore. I would have loved to add more Naim to our house, but this got too annoying. Now a Sonos Arc Ultra will take its place. I know…

Well, after many many months the app is just usable again.. The big Sonos plus is the biggest range of music services of all the streamers. Enjoy 
This a general observation about WiFi.. I’ve found that sometimes some items can be too close to the Router.. I had an issue with a top o the line steamer that would not connect to my router via wifi the two units were maybe .25 meter away from each other. ended up just hard wiring to the router and all is well.
FWIW. Ive had a Muso 2 for a year or so on wifi no issues, even after losing power during storms.
