Mr Tux takes shape, bag 1 and then bag 1 + 2 together.

A recent birthday gift from Mrs T, there was a couple of pieces missing which delayed the build but really enjoyed the assembly.

Bags 3 + 4 added to Mr Tux, then thought sod it, lets add Bag 5!

If you’re thinking of having your own Lego Cat, can highly recommend this set.

Good point. I modified Concorde’s wings and some of Titanic’s decking for that very reason.

I’ll get back in October

Hmm, not sure what ours would make of that

 Can see where you’re coming from, to be honest, its a lot simpler and quicker build.

Hope lego develop the idea.

New Lego Ferrari F40 showing optional wheels.

Very nice Garry
The F40 is an absolute classic Ferrari and totally analogue those where the days
Before computers started to take over cars

The rear wing uses wedge pieces. They are wider on one side than the other.

Lego only has a limited range of wedge tiles (no studs). The alternative would be rectangular tiles but I expect the wing would not look right.

A sobering thought on plastics and the oceans

Its a very sobering thought, not just the amount of plastic’s in the oceans, but all the other substances we dump in there too, yet we are supposed to be the superior species on the planet.

Clearly we’re not. :frowning:
