Hi All, The app team are looking into this right now - it seems that 3 presses of the volume button with certain timing is triggering Android to translate “triple tap” into a hold. It then gets latched and stuck. Force quitting the app seems to unlatch it. We will get an app update in progress as soon as possible.

Evening everyone, just to let you know that we’ve got the Android volume issue fixed, and have now submitted it to the Play store for approval. Unfortunately, the approval time with the store at the moment is pretty long (it’s been taking the best part of a week lately), but fingers crossed for a quick one.
