Ooh…Flaming Lips at Somerset House (in London for Martinzero) on Sat, 25 July. And it’s my day off.

I’m seeing the Lips the Saturday before that at Dreamland in Margate. Support from the Beta Band so should be a good night

Michael Shannon in September (With his REM covers band)
Both at the Brudenell in Leeds
They certainly are. This will be our third time. The only band I see more is Ese and The Vooduu People, but they’ve become friends and are local to us so that’s inevitable.
I like Handsome Family too. I’ll have to look that gig up. Could maybe arrange time in Leeds (my wife has family there).

I didn’t know anything about this, seems an intriguing concert, so drumming up interest for the Manchester date.

The Darts (US), tbc but Nov or Dec I believe.

Remi Harris in June….
They toured a year or so back doing Murmur. This time it’s Life’s Rich Pageant.
They played Athens the other night and had 2 actual REM members on stage.
