Yes the RMA is a pain.
Really ? I know Naim kit goes through a bit of a run in phase but it can’t sound that bad out of the box ?

So far there is a big improvement, on my first Nova, straight out of the box I was getting varying sound and after playing the first track from an album the Nova would miss out tracks, sometimes it would only play the first and last track.
After a couple of hours starting so sound very good.
