Just one warm-up Test against Ireland before the Ashes.

Yeah sorry I remembered you’d already answered that a few weeks ago.

India v Aus 4th just about to start Aussies win the toss and bat first.

Austrlia doing well. Good toss to win by the sound of it (we have coverage on the radio until the Env v Ban T20 starts shortly).

Run rates pretty damn slow though, apparently this’ll be the best day to bat.

Eng have T20 v Bangladesh today and have started OK (on Sky in UK). Playing on one of the recent ODI wickets.

Sounds like a good crowd. The ODI series played to very few. This is the way it is

Aussies finish the day 255/4, highlight was a tough grafting 100 for Khawaja

A bit of a boshing in truth – thoroughly out-batted.

Yes well beaten. Joss Buttler is clearly a useless tosser.

He has lost 7 tosses in a row. Quite difficult to do, 128 to 1 odds.

Well there’s a few more to go before they have to defend the T20WC.

Aussies in control at 372/4, Cameron Green is 112 and Khawaja 160.

Aussies wearing a black arm band, Pat Cummins mother passed away this morning.

Honours even today? Slow hard work. Unless the pitch falls apart a draw looks pretty likely I would think.

Not looking much different today either, barring a collapse I can’t see any outcome other than a draw.

This is exactly the sort of match that England’s new approach is trying to avoid. About as interesting as watching paint dry.

So true but you can only play to the conditions. It’s a dead pitch and I’m sure that Englands approach while admirable will be tested when they play in the subcontinent.

Today’s T20. Joss B has now lost 8 tosses in a row. 256 to 1 against. Remarkable achievement. I won’t use the phrase again!!
