Dan was active on the Forum a few hours ago. Maybe he just doesn’t feel like sharing how he’s getting on. While asking how he is is obviously out of concern, we don’t want to make Dan feel it’s a duty to respond. He’ll post when he feels like posting. He knows we are all rooting for him, which is what matters.

Been working in London, away from home. I’m doing great at the moment. Spent the day at the zoo with my family today.

That’s great news that you are doing well, I’m sure everyone will be pleased to hear from you.
Just going of on a tangent, approximately one year ago your good self and others on the forum gave me support when my 30 year old daughter was diagnosed with breast cancer which I was very grateful to receive. Tomorrow we will be watching her taking part in a race for life for cancer research.

That’s lovely news regarding your daughter. Well done and good luck for the race.
Hello Neil, thank you for your kind words. The race went well and I believe that my daughter raised a little over £700 for cancer research.
We saw several people who were obviously going through treatment who were still managing to do their bit to stand up to cancer. We came home full of admiration for everyone and look forward to doing it once more next year.
