There are power user ways to resolve this annoyance 
Work out the local IP address of your streamer. Then in a web browser paste this in:
http://192.168.0.2/api/setData?path=settings%3A%2Fgooglecast%2FtosAccepted&role=value&value=%7B%22type%22%3A%22bool_%22%2C%22bool_%22%3Afalse%7D
Change the IP address - in my example it’s 192.168.0.2
It will reply with something like:
{“value”:{“bool_”:false,“type”:“bool_”},“timestamp”:1747471689229}
Restart the product (power cycle) and Chromecast is no more.
To re-enable it go through the app setup wizard to enable it.
