Yeah, but the scousers are!

Ffs🙄

All the time they’ve got a hole in their backsides there is never a chance Diego’s piss poor hammers will ever end up above the Arse.

5-0 loss to Fulham :joy::joy::joy::joy:

Ps but at least Liverpool are 1 point above the Arsenal

No, I’ve no idea what you’re trying to say either, Bob.

I usually go to WHU games at Craven Cottage, thanks to FFC-supporting friends in Putney. It’s a trip I normally enjoy, but not today, obviously.

Fulham were as good as Tartan Diego Simeone’s Massive Euro Cup Winning Cockney Bastards were poor. They fully deserved their win.

West Ham today were just pitiful - weak, feeble, clueless, simply wretched, with only Bowen emerging with any credit. Players and manager both need to share the blame for this one.

Two tough games coming up, and both Freiberg and Wolves must be quaking in their boots after that shiteshow.

Well, I must give credit to Spurs. After their insipid second half performance against the Hammers mid-week, today all the players looked really up for it, and did so for the whole game.

Newcastle seem to be looking weary away from home. Injuries and the stresses of the Champions League, I suspect.

Time for Chelsea to leave most of the first squad at home, fine them massively for being so bloody appalling and bring back all the kids on loan and play them instead. It couldn’t be very much worse!

We did our best to stop City today but chants of ‘2-1 to the referee’ sort of gives away the feeling of the crowd - our defender was clattered for the first and a definite hand ball in the lead up to the second - .when things aren’t going your way then they really aren’t. I am quite happy that we are showing that we can compete; we are just not getting any luck when others are picking up points. Our run of games in December is likely to keep us rooted at the bottom.

We had ‘2-1’ to the referee plus chants of ‘Whose the scouser in the black’

We would have been chanting “Can we have the -1…”

From a neutrals perspective Spurs are a breath of fresh air. Terrific today.

Once every couple of months after another round of endless, pointless banter/hatred against my team I sometimes bite back.

The West Ham vitriol this season because Declan signed for us and not The Cheats is new though it seems a lot of Hammers fans feel the same way and are quite vocal about it which is a shame because of all the London teams I always had a soft spot for West Ham.

And on the Havertz hand ball when a ball is bobbling between two players who are a foot apart and the ball hits both of them on the hand I’m at a loss how the referee blew that up but once he had VAR was never going to disagree.

Paranoia.

That is a pointless banter than is not funny…now stop it :roll_eyes::joy::joy:

Everton fans can breathe out now. It could be worse.

Interesting article on the Beeb site…

"Comparisons between Kane and the 20-year-old Denmark forward (Hojland) are unfair.

One is an experienced, proven goalscorer, the other is a youngster of huge potential, just making his way in the game.

But it is worth considering this as United try on Tuesday (20:00 GMT) to get the victory essential for them to have any chance of progressing to the last 16.

In prize money alone, each victory in the Champions League group phase is worth €2.8m (£2.4m). So far, Bayern have four in this season’s competition, United just the one. Qualification for the knockout rounds provides an additional €9.6m (£8.23m), with further riches on offer for reaching the latter stages.

In other words, if Bayern were to win, they would have netted an extra £17.8m from the Champions League pot.

Hojlund cost United an initial £64m, plus an additional £8m to Atalanta if certain targets are met. Sometimes, it is worth considering more than just a transfer fee in working out whether a deal is too expensive or not."

For fairness and transparency I should post this David Squires cartoon about Roy and Palace (although it does contain a good pop at Arteta)
