How about this for a combination of two classics?
GBK menu looks great. They should set up a branch in Wellington!
Not entirely sure as to why. But. Everyday now I have a massive craving for a good load of my jug juice #1
Very addictive. I just want to put it on everything.
My partners not so keen. Having to put up with garlic breath…
For a dry rub this has what you need for a slow and low jerk cook.
Just perfect with the salt and allspice.
Would make a lot more sense to open one in Dunedin!
A “holy” sauce from New Zealand made from kiwi fruit and leaves from a local bush. Pleasantly hot and sweet but leaf botanicals are a bit harsh. Ok in small amounts.
It’s a different Matouk’s hot sauce, but we love their Calypso Sauce, and always have it on hand.
btw, I’m not impressed by the trendy rack-fulls of <some dude’s name>'s Flaming A##h#l# sauce these days, as I suspect that many of them cheat by using pure capsaicin extract for the heat.
Tabasco is excellent on scrambled eggs.
Tabasco is excellent on everything!
The juju jug juice is coming along very nicely.
Mellowing a touch with all flavours blending together as a whole.
I am really partial to hot sauces … this one lives up to its billing …
One can’t really fault the maker/manufacturer/bottler for giving insufficient notice of the potency of the sauce … I find his offer of contributing to one’s funeral quite touching.
The Vampire Slayer from The Garlic Farm is my sauce of choice. I’ve just finished my first bottle, I think I’ll try this next!
Comparatively speaking, I found Vampire Botherer to be milder and more flavoursome than Slayer, however it still kicks like a mule!
Jalapeño Tabasco on baked beans!
I’ve just bought some - can also recommend on eggs!
110%!
I’ve been meaning to make up my own pickled chillies.
Almost my favourite part of kebab worshiping.
