Neil Young - Four Strong Winds

Been a while since big stress. This one has ear worms big enough to take over head space and reminds to keep going.

John Barry. We have all the time in the world (instrumental ) . Works for me every time.

I have three that I use to de-stress

  • Angel - Aretha Franklin
  • I Find Your Love - Beth Nielsen Chapman
  • Doo-Wop In Harlem - Prefab Sprout.

Plus a walk with my dog and a strong coffee.
Perfect.

Not a song, rather an album - when things are tough I often (re)turn to Beatles for sale.

I can’t help belting out “I’m a loser” with John or “follow the sun” with Paul and then feel strangely uplifted.

The piano section can’t fail to bring a smile to the face.

Will definitely listen to it. What’s your story behind it?

Just following a theme set by the first track I think

Any track from the Dire Straits debut album but walking in the Wild West end is just awesome.
