Firmware update on mu-so1

Yay, that is very good.

NOTE, I had to power down MuSo after update and then all was well when powered up.

Looks nice, sounds great.

There is also an app update, don’t know if that is required but did it anyway.

Cheers Naim

The app update is required.

Just updated my Qb 1. I updated the app after I set the main update in motion. It worked fine and radio is back!

Mu-so Gen 1 updated and iRadio back better than before. Thanks Naim team for bringing this a week earlier than scheduled!

Update still in progress after 1 hour.

works great now - muso is back - tks

Bravo Naim!

Update completed and working after 1 hour installing. Not sure if this affected the installation but after visiting Naim’s Help site (Naim app can't find system after firmware upgrade | Naim Audio) and force closing the iOS app, a new app window showed up for me to accept User Policies. Once I accepted them the segmented lights on my MuSo volume control immediately and sequentially turned off in a counterclockwise fashion followed with an automatic and lengthy MuSo reboot cycle.

…all was well after the reboot. Restoring radio presets now!!

QB1 updated (10 minutes) and iRadio now working perfectly- thankyou Naim!
PS you need to redo your presets.

Still spinning, 90 minutes

Force close the phone app and see if a User Acceptable Policy pages opens up, accept the policy and watch your lights change as the FW files unpack and install

It doesn’t. Muso qb has gone awol.
Over 2 hours now

I updated a few days ago - it now doesn’t work without a lot of messing around. I simply don’t understand how mistakes like this are made, this update clearly was nowhere near ready.

The new firmware was made available today for musos and green screen streamers. What did you update?

Quick and easy update to 2.2.10 on a Qb 1st gen… But it seems to be struggling to generate a list of radio stations… spinning wheel for quite some time now.
So, still no radio for the moment, but streaming from my files works fine.

Power off and on again.

And perhaps update app :slightly_smiling_face:

:+1: app update sorted it for me.

App has been updated and iPhone restarted… but I’ll try the old “unplug/replug” on the Qb.
