It’s up n running again. I see something called “presto music” on the home screen. Need to find out what it is.
The Unitis are on 3.12. Works beautifully too.

What’s the difference in terms of the new FW? This means a lot as it tells us naim directions in future 
UnitAtom/Star/Nova etc is different firmware from the NC.
@Stevesky I upgraded my 333 and now Jazz Groove Mix 1 is no longer working. I have added this channel again with the link from Jazz groove (Flac stream) and also turned 333 off and on but it doesn’t play. The other JG channels work as normal. Is it at Naim end or JG there is a problem? I believe I’ve playet mix 1 all morning before sw update 
The screen being always on even after reboot if it’s set to turn off is still there. Not sure if it is a bug or if Naim intentionally made it work this way in the case of issues where you must see the screen.

Release notes say Presto Music now supported. Naim never comment on any changes in sound.

Have Naim jazz channel showed album art for the artist playing before? Unsure. Feels new I wish Jazz Groove would do the same

Been listening to this firmware for a while now. If you have any worries regarding previous firmware issues, don’t worry. IMO this is the best firmware release for 3 generations-more refinement, clarity and stage. Well done Naim.

When I installed the firmware, my system became inaccessible. It has since returned to normality

If it’s anything like the Unitis, there is a 15 minute or so delay built into the update process, when it is indeed inaccessible. Your experience is nothing to worry about.
It is however accessible from any phone/tablet other than the one that initiated the firmware update. Also if you restart the phone/tablet concerned, that will clear the delay (which is a misconceived feature rather than a bug).

Once New Classic series streaming products are on this release then a wealth of stations will gain enhanced metadata feeds. The Uniti range has had this for about a month now,
The meta engine is still learning so some tracks won’t resolve to album artwork, but it’s getting better by the day.
Here is a little example from Radio Paradise:
The Naim channels including the FLAC streams now have metadata, but the quality of the metadata is a bit variable at the moment.
