Get them fixed for free and sell them on
Cut your losses why take the hit it’s not your fault. ![]()
Takes effort and time mate, I’ve moved on, I know it’s not right, but equally by the time I’ve contacted the seller reseller etc.
Had a few weeks of “consumer” issues and had my fill with the whole thing so will focus on other things.
It’s a crap product that has been put together poorly and is a discredit to the manufacturer.
On the other hand my Nait 50’s , cdx and Supernait 3 continue to put a smile on my face.
They wouldn’t have passed your fastidious attention to detail in the first place ![]()
Thank you Adam
Best wishes Jim. ![]()
What bugs me, I had to travel the other side of town, for someone else to phone naim support and then for them to post it to naim, and charge me postage?
I could of done this, seems a stupid system to return a lead,
Also will it be posted back to me or do I have to go collect it from the dealer
Back to the dealer.
Ffs
You make me one of your four gangs and I’ll send you my busted cables, fair deal?
Oh crap, you are an RCA man, jeez, can’t win in this life.
Little bit of humour, appreciate you!
If you stayed near me it would be easy. ![]()
@Richard.Dane Ok, just heard back from my dealer who spoke to Naim. They are not interested in the cable and if I want it fixed I will have to pay for it to be done,
That doesn’t sound right to me. Who is your dealer? Do you know who it was they spoke to? I will look into it.
Audio T , Park street, Bristol,
Also audio T resoldered it without my permission I explained that it I did not want them too do anything to it without asking me first,
So pissed of right now what audio t did,
Don’t know who he spoke too, too angry with them at mo to phone them and ask,
OK thanks.
Thank you
Why??
It’s for a few reasons; Naim’s direct customers are the Naim dealers and distributors, and the systems Naim use are set up for these and not for end users (no direct sales); it also supports the dealer by ensuring the customer goes through them and any potential issues are usually best tackled hands on by the dealer with whom the customer either already has a relationship, or else provides a new customer/dealer opportunity.
I assume this can be any Naim dealer?
In the UK, I believe so, yes.
Communication was done through email, got the name of the guy,
Am I ok to mention his name on here?
That’s OK, I don’t need it, but thanks.
