HELP. Nova chromecast ‘updating’ issue

The chromecast input is not working on Nova, it’s not detected by any devices (iPad, google home etc) and in the Nova’s input setting for Chromecast it has been displaying UPDATING for days. Any thoughts?

I’ve tried switching on and off, and even set the Nova Up again via the factory setting.

Any one help here? It’s still displaying ‘updating’

I would suggest reporting it to your dealer or if that isn’t really appropriate because of where you live then report it to Naim support.

Thanks David, put a ticket in with Naim support. Awaiting their response.

Just had a update that this is a known issue with firmware 3.5 and we should expect a firmware patch next week. Surprised no one else has this issue on the forum?
