I‘ll probably attend on Sunday 13 April.
Was wondering if any Swiss forum members might also be there?

Hi I will go on saturday afternoon. Sunday is not possible for me.
Yesterday I visited the exhibition ‘Klangschloss’. Here are some highlights. As in previous years, there were live concerts on site, which were recorded directly with 2 microphones (without mixing). They are available on vinyl. But they were also streamed to all systems 30 minutes later to make sound differences audible.
The Dimitri Monstein Ensemble played very movingly. If you want to listen, there are videos on the ‘Klangschloss’ website (category: Landenberg Sessions).
In the ‘Köpfhörer Küche’ (headphone kitchen) I found the Weiss Helios Dac with Audeze LCD-5 to be the most impressive. Tonally balanced, rich in detail and with the right timbre. But the combination is 25k…
Speaking of Weiss Engineering LTD: Daniel Weiss himself explained his user-configurable DACs and presented them with demo songs. This includes Room-EQ, de-essing, crosstalk-cancellation, loudness control, and vinyl emulation. The digital signal is directly influenced, as in studio technology. All effects were directly perceptible.
Certain configurations can be stored in presets and then recalled as needed. It is certainly something for specialists and allows for numerous adjustments. However, Weiss also offers minimalist, more affordable DACs without these features.
Other systems were also demonstrated. My dealer in Zurich was there for the first time with an Accuphase/Marten system. We compared class A and class A/B amplifiers – class A was the clear winner. Unfortunately, he didn’t have a Naim Elektronik to compare with. But they thought Naim and Marten would also be a good combination, which they sell quite often.
i was there friday 11
Nice to see the P10 on an HRS base. Don’t think a lot will have that combo, as the HRS costs as much as the P10.
hi wanted to share the coverage i made for one of my yt chanels there is only one naim rest are other brands part 2 and 3 coming soon https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sYKnT4C988A
jazzz, I’ve merged yours posts with the existing thread.
Hi All
I was there earlier today and my photos are similar.
My favourite sounding rooms were:
Accuphase amplifiers with Marten speakers.
DartZeel sytem with their new speakers.
Dagostino amp with Wilson Watt Puppy.
Heard a great speaker Fink Team Borg, but it was almost 30K chf!
You have exact same setup favorites us me did you visit headphone kitchen? I rested several audeze models till 4K
So Mr Delatraz was in the Schloss?
Showing new speakers? Any words about how it continues with Dartzeel?
heard also the fink i woud not buy them they strongly remind me of these lol
i wonder why dartzeel speaker had a nesh on forget to ask in bass punch they where my favorites
I’ve heard Naim (NC 333, 332, 350) and Marten - both a stand mount and a floor stander (can’t remember the series, but no the entry level ones) It works well. I still prefer my own choice, Sonus Faber Olympica Nova, but not because it is a better match. It is a different match.
What was the pricetagg of the Dartzeel speakers?
Don,t know price tag actually I did even know dartzeel made speakers always knowed them from their Swiss made gold with red top amps , from what I heard company is going Not by best moments
I can tell These system was the best in bass very punchy but same time controlled
Interesting - I have long thought that DSP would lend itself well to “loudness” compensation, though to do properly would require calibration with a microphone at thd listening position. As for vinyl emulation, maybe that would be good for those who prefer their music reproduced via vinyl and TT, giving best of both worlds for them.
But of course all depends on how the DAC sounds before tweaking!
Perhaps the current range of Naim amps work well with Marten speakers. There are Marten owners who find older Naim amps to be a poor fit for the speakers (552/300 and 282/250DR).
It’s interesting that Accuphase sounds great with Marten. Commonly used amps for Marten speakers are Vitus and Gryphon.
I guess you must been one of the first to see or hear a Dartzeel speaker Don`t think anybody expected a speaker from them to be hinest.
Did Herve told you, that it is not going well or rather still the rumours from some month ago?
I have also heard the Marten Oscar Duo with Naim (NSC222/NPX300+NAP2500) once at my dealer and they sounded impressive. A later demonstration with Uniti Nova sounded significantly less transparent and lacked musical flow. I have not yet heard the Oscars with Nait50, which I own myself. However, there has been positive feedback from other users. The demonstration with Accuphase Class A (Model 700) was also impressive, with great musicality. Others at the show agreed. The Accuphase Class A/B sounded rather sterile and analytical in comparison. The Gryphon/Marten combination (that you have) seems to be great. This has also been confirmed by others here in the forum. However, I haven’t heard it myself. I will stay with Naim.
