Interesting TV

Few glasses of wine and gratuitous sex would seem like an ideal Saturday night. But my memory gets hazy.

We watched episode 2 last night. Absolutely brilliant, so I’m hooked again.

Any views on Tehran (Apple TV)?

I’m still catching up on season 2. But I’ve heard it’s good.

I’ve watched both parts of C4s “Mission to Space” with Francis Bourgeois. I find him a very relatable presenter and I hope he is successful. I found the insight into what is going on in the world of space engineering very interesting after many years of just observing from a distance.

Wait til episode 3 - bloody hell

Open your legs and show me your …. You have something from my husband, and what’s his is mine.

Eeeww!

It was a bit odd.

A bit?

Anyone else watching season 2 of Fallout on Prime ?

Just as addictive and bonkers as season 1, final episode is released on Tuesday can’t wait

Yes, excellent series. Perhaps could have given more insight into each of their lives, as it was basically just sit them in a chair for a couple of hours at most and edit bits from that.

Great era. Eubank for me is one of the most talented, elegant boxers of all time.

Lewis never did apologise. Didn’t like him and he didn’t have much boxing style.

Before the reveal, I did think that painting of the castle looked a bit amateurish.

One Life on iPlayer - about rescuing children from Prague at the start of WW2. Anthony Hopkins and a strong cast - very sobering.

I saw this at the cinema when it was released. Good movie, what channel did you watch on ?

Fallout Season 2 is quite compelling viewing. Loving it so far.

Did you watch Sweetpea, same lead actress?

No missed that one but love her in Fallout

Well, last episode of the Night Manager. So dull and so disappointing. The standard is he / isn’t he still alive ending, ready for a third series, which will doubtless be even duller than the second. The original series was just so good and I can’t help thinking that they should have left it there.

Agreed, I think it’s because there was no John LC sequel to the Night Manager novel, so it’s just based on scriptwriters thoughts. In parallel we have been watching the 1987 BBC dramatisation of “A perfect spy” now that has been riveting!!

Recently watched the Alec Guinness versions of Smiley’s people and TTSS too, again, brilliant TV
