Try this to get it back;
Close the Naim app on your phone
Pull the mains plug on the muso, and reinsert.
Restart the app; hopefully it should list the muso, select and try the update process again
Leave the Naim app running and active; basically leave the phone alone.
The muso should do this; clockwise rotating lights. Then all the lights on. Then one by one anti-clockwise the lights dim and switch off. Finally the muso should start up as usual.
You might need to rediscover the muso in the Naim app if it is not listed.
