Internet radio not working

I updated my unitilite to 4.9.40 but the iRadio source, when selected, never loads.

The update didn’t bring back my radio either.

I wonder if it’s geoblocked, which country are you located?

And you did remove all previous vtuner favorits/presets?

And would it be possible to reconnect to the wifi network, without the screen working?

In my Unitilite I reset it to factory settings after updating and everything worked beautifully.

Dear all,
Thanks to this thread my SuperUnity is streaming radio again.
Many thanks.
Only minor glitch was having to install a driver for the usb cable from Silicon Labs

I did

OK, I have read the instructions, and I have done a firmware update in 2023 to 4.8.0 on my ND5XS. Despite being an engineer working for Intel, I had to ring for help last time. Anyhow, I have a few initial questions:

  1. What is the difference between CP210xVCPInstaller_x64 and CP210xVCPInstaller_x86
  2. Where do I get the file it mentions in the PDF instructions?
    NaimStreamerUpdater_4.9.0 (14895.WE_EE_FE_EA)_Setup_Signed.exe

Thanks!

OK, I found the .exe, there’s a link to it on the first page, I missed. It doesn’t bode well. I have printed off the instructions and will read them many times this evening!

I found this instruction helpful when I updated NDS yesterday.

If you are running windows 7/10/11 use the x64 one.

Hi! I just updated my Muso Qb 1st gen firmware, but internet radio still isn’t working. I looked for the “Naim Internet Radio” app mentioned in another post but couldn’t find it in the app store. Am I to keep using the Focal & Naim app? How do I get internet radio running?
Thanks!

It’s the “iradio” input;

Excellent! Yes. Windows 11 64-bit. Phew. I’m feeling confident I have everything now, including finding a USB mini B cable.

That’s the one I have been using previously and which hasn’t worked for weeks (I finally called in to find out about the worldwide internet radio troubles and was waiting for the update notice). After the update it still looks the same, presets are there, but when I click on any of them it looks like they are playing (I have the option to “stop stream”), but they’re not.

You need to delete your old presets as they will not work with the new system and find the stations you want and add them back as presets.
