Thanks. I have downloaded the firmware uodate and checked that my Unitilite is otherwise up to date at version 4.4. I’m ready to delate the streaming presets, but do I have to do the same with the FM presets?
Hmm, my primary listening is R4 today programme so that may be a high demand one.
My problem was either radio not starting on QB alarm (QB started up fine) or dropping out and then regularly stop starting. A power cycle fixed it for a while.
Not had any issue since I went to the non HD feed. Of course, Today is fine in non HD. I appreciate your issue with R3 in nonHd
Just ran the full update on my old NDS 5XS after two sad weeks without streaming - worked perfectly, and I am tempted to say that it sounds better than before. Am I hallucinating?
I may be hallucinating too. Sounds a bit better to me, as well.
I updated my UnitiLite from 4.8 to 4.9 and iradio works fine. The added bonus is that the cd that previously had stopped working as it couldn’t recognise any discs is working again. Now that’s what I call service!

The internet radio on my Muso QB definitely sounds better after the update, than the vTuner.
Many stations have higher bid rate, so undoubtedly they will sound better.
Does the search function work.
I’ve just upgraded firmware, search function doesn’t find any results.
Search isn’t supported unfortunately on the gen 1 muso and QB.

I updated last week, went very smoothly, being having a good listen to Radio Paradise this morning. Sounds better to me, seems a little more forward and clearer, just seems to have more presence. Stevie Ray Vaughan’s version of Little Wing really caught my attention.

Formally and traditionally, ‘hence why’ is grammatically incorrect. The ‘why’ is redundant here, as ‘hence’ has the same meaning and function as ‘why,’ when both are used to express the reason or explanation for something.
That is good to know, thanks. I looked it up on line and found the following:
“I have always thought of ‘hence’ to be a word used in written communications in order to be succinct and formal, so when I hear people using the term ‘hence why’ in casual spoken conversation it really irritates me for some reason. It is probably due to the fact that the people saying ‘hence why’ are usually not very well educated people trying to sound important or clever.”
I will no longer use hence why henceforth.

I am unable to find any station. I checked my NDX and the firmware is on 4.8 without doing an update myself. Doing something wrong?
