Jimmy Raney’s son Doug was also an excellent Jazz guitarist and recorded extensively for the Danish label Steeplechase both as a sideman and as a leader he and his father recorded a couple of excellent duet LP’s for the same label.

Here he is playing with Chet Baker and Niels Henning Orsted Pederson on Chet’s The Touch of Your Lips also on Steeplechase.
