Thanks. I hadn’t noticed that.
Tidal doing their 4 months for £4 offer again on both Premium and Hi-fi plans for new users
One of the joys of using an Innuos is that you can simply copy and paste the downloaded Qobuz tar file into the auto-import folder and it all works every time.
Oh buqqer, That’s going to cost me some…,
Last day of the Qobuz sale today. Anyone found any crackers that should not be missed?
If you have been exploring before at Qobuz you will not find so much more, unless your own interests have shifted.
Just messing about trawling on a few download sites and one in particular I like is Juno Download but it’s very difficult to search and find what I’m looking for. So I hit on an idea of searching on labels generally those that are expensive on Qobuz. Here’s an example of what I found on Rhino/Warner - they also have the Lou Reed New York Deluxe FLAC for £12.49 -
Here the Wilco Deluxe is reduced from £111.22 ro £12.49
The ‘new’ Bowie live albums just up on Qobuz are going much cheaper on Juno download
Blue Note store 20% off until this Sunday (21st) - you know you want to; that Tone Poet you were umming and aaghing over!
Too bad that so much of what is on that site is already sold out ! Especially their Tone Poets.
The newly released Nik Bärtsch solo album Entendre is on Qobuz at the bargainicious £7.99 for high res, or £3.99 if you have a Sublime subscription.
…it did not last long, listed as $17.99 in the US currently.
Kate Bush- Remastered part 1 deluxe cd set. On Amazon.U.K. for £39.99.
Thanks, ordered.
"Buqqer!, as they say. I bought three of her early albums from Music Magpie only two days ago.
With apologies for posting twice, but just put this in the classical thread and thinking it might also belong here…
Currently £17.78 on the river (recently reduced by 20%) for this superb set of Dvorak’s Symphonies plus some very nice renditions of the concertos thrown in too.
Symphony 7 and ( despite the immense competition) 9 are very possibly the best versions I know if balancing considerations of performance together with quality of recording. Those two Symphonies alone make the price of the set a bargain and the very excellent rest of it comes for free.
Qobuz have 10 albums on the Harmonia Mundi label for the princely sum of £0. Whether by mistake or design I’m not sure. They are, perhaps unsurprisingly, the top 10 downloads at the moment.
All true. At the tip of a friend I have already downloaded, all for free without a credit card! But music not very well known but it’s free!
Nice tip! I wonder if tgere is any way to search for zero cot albums - there could be more!
Definitely by design, because I received an email headed ‘Spring Music Gifts’ from them advertising the free downloads.
I got the email because although I don’t subscribe to the Qobuz streaming service, I do occasionally buy downloads from them.
HH has accurately summarised the 10 available free downloads. They are available up to 22nd April.
