Hi all, I’ve experienced the same issues as described here: Mu-so 2 system failure after reset
I’ve tried power-cycling the unit (waiting for 30mins+) but to no avail. Does anyone have any ideas?
Have also dropped support an email.
Have you tried using the pin to hold the reset button in for 30 seconds or so? What colour light is displayed and is it flashing?
