Just a suggestion,
remove the two vinyl records and place the Nac 42.5 there.
Thanks. Yes I have thought about it and tried different arrangements. I have accepted the compromise for this occasional use summer room. The sound is pretty good.
NAC128 surely? But what’s the unit with what looks like touch buttons?
I think they’re made up.
Wow! You finally got your 42’s and eliminated the AV2. It’s so old, the photo is still in black and white.
I guess you have some hdmi channel extractor in place and feed it to the Nac’s?
Have to say that aesthetically chrome bumper Naim is as good as anything hifi ever produced, and way ahead of the olive series. And I’ve never ever heard a chrome amplifier combo that wasn’t immensely satisfying.
Yep 32.5 x 4 = 130
I have to admit that I definitely prefer the look of cb over olive. I do wish there was something like a naim through the ages exhibition where I could compare cb to old classic.
HDMI is the devils work ! Analogue out from a heavily upgraded Panasonic 9000 unit
You forgot the 0.5 x 4
Oh my Supercap was Olive I sanded the case and made it a CB, the 9 silver labels let me know which amp does what if I forget !
Doh!
My favourite is the mix of chrome bumper with the illuminated Naim logo. Too bad they only made them a couple years!
Yep, best looking Naim amp for me too.
Ok that’s cool, I didn’t even know that existed.
They only made them in 88-89 as far as I remember.
Considering that was round when I was born there is no chance I would have been available to buy them then
I bought mine used around 2000. Maybe you could have saved up enough to get one by doing a paper route around that time lol. They do come up for sale occasionally here in Canada but not very often.
