Have found this in my stash of bits it has no directional markings,
From my understanding this an active lead,
Am I correct?
Thanks

It has the usual Naim collar - which indicates the signal end… :slightly_smiling_face:

If it has DIN4s at both ends then it’s likely an active lead. The banded end determines direction (closest to source of music signal).

Compare it to a Snaic, the active leads are thinner. than a Snaic.
Nap 135 cables and Snaic’s under.

Just testing a new purchase nac 42.5 and some serviced and converted 323 cards. Darran has done his usual wonderful job and I now have E spec to run the hana eh.
It must have worked as Mrs Bruss has just said ‘it’s amazing how you can get vinyl to sound like a cd” :grinning:

Welcome to the E club.

Thanks. I have the E on the 82 but not on the shoebox cards.

More E boards = good…!!

The fist ever naim AV pre-amp the NAC 130, 8 channels in the late 80’s way ahead of it’s time. I understand they sound very good…

Now properly in place. CB HCDR/42.5/250.

I now just need to find someone to build a 250DR in to a CB case

The Nac 42.5 will benefit tremendously if not close to the power amp and Hicap.
