Naim Classic 200 Logo Light

Hi, for a while now I have experienced a logo light issue with my NPX300 whatever light setting is selected the logo light stays at the same setting when the NAP and NSC logo light level is adjusted. I have referred this to my dealer who has raised a ticket with Naim. Has anyone else experienced this? Hope my explanation is clear! Is there a problem with the NPX or is it a firmware fix? Help!
