Naim ND5 XS2 does not start. Code 4-2-4

Hello everybody,
my name is Frank, i hope for any help for my Naim ND5 XS2.
All my components have been powered off for four weeks holiday. everything was fine before holiday, all was working.
I switched all on after coming back. The ND5 XS2 starts normal: Logo green, LED orange, mainbutton green. It seems to boot, but after about one minute it switched into standby: Logo not lid, LED permanent red, mainbutton blinking rhe code 4-2-4 (-**-). Mainbutton does not react when pushing.

Does anyone have an idea or explanation for this code?
I tried a factory reset within the first minute while booting, it did not help.

ND5 XS2 Problem Please Help!

My Naim ND5 XS2 is just blinking the Power LED Green in a sequence :4, 1, 2 (like **** * ** ). The logo is not lit. The App sees the unit on the network , but it does not show “Ready” therefore cannot receive any command. I unplugged and plugged few times , and it does the same. There is an audible relay click when plugging or unplugging. I cannot reset, as this unit can only be reset when it is ON (which seems to be absurd, as you want it reset when you have a problem). Uniti Nova Blinking 424, Unresponsive

Was updating the firmware on my Uniti Nova a few days ago via the Naim app on my phone. All seemed to be going ok, but slowly. Left it with an “updating” screen going overnight. Returned 24 hours later to the same screen. Unit was frozen and the update had crashed/failed. Power light blinks in a 4 2 4 pattern. I’m pretty sure that this is a hardware fault and you probably should take it back to your dealer for them to send for repair.
