Naim uniti atom firmware failure

Hi lovely people, new member here looking for some advice.

My 2020 uniti atom attempted a required firmware update. It got almost to the end of the update, got hung up for an hour then shutdown completely and is now a lifeless brick . Any ideas ? Thanks Dave.

Have you done a full factory reset ?

Addicted to Audio in Adelaide told me to hold the power button in for 30 seconds which I did to zero results. The Uniti Atom is still completely dead.

Other than this I have been given no other advice. Was what I did a factory reset ???

Thanks for the advice . I have performed the factory reset but to no avail. The unit continues to be a brick I am waiting for Naim support to advise via their service agent in Melbourne. If it requires repair in Melbourne I have a 9hr drive one way !!!

Hopefully it can be “fixed” locally.

I did raise a ticket with Naim support but as I am in Australia all support questions end up going to the in-country support in Melbourne. I already have a ticket raised with them .
