ND555 at Olive System

When the Supercap come near the TT … HUMMMMM …
But positioning the TT on Quadraspire (with Bronze shelf) could be an option
If so - I can put the ND555 above 52

tt wall shelf.

Could you do empty shelf under 52 and also empty shelf under TT?

only when stacking fraim up - have a good amount of spare fraim but with wrong legs

The Quadraspire TT shelf is really nice!

I have a Mana TT wall shelf and also a Target Audio TT wall shelf.

Why with wrong legs? Just leave the shelf underneath empty. If you have plenty of spare Fraim then no problem.

I need the space for the boxes - when 2 shelfs should be empty ore even more I haver to go higher. I have a Base + 4 Shelves full fraim as spare - but with 1x medium and 3x large legs

Put the three large legs across top - left middle and right hand side so your pre and two source components get room.

Will this have the same effect as a spare shelf - there is no glass in between. Thought the glass - or even an unpowered Box, could do some kind of shielding … only thoughts.
Had the legs in my hand today and checked how to could look … dunno… could Loog strange.
But if in botch sides… ? Maybe

Did you switch from Superline to Prefix?

It may be irrelevant but I had a hum from a Superline, but didn’t want to give it up. The solution was found by the chaps at Infidelity.

We disconnected the earth lead from the back of the Superline and instead ran a cheap bit of bell wire as earth from the LP12 sub-chassis directly to the phono-earth thing on the back of the pre-amp. Now I can do what I like with the Superline without a hum and the SQ is great. Not exactly an obvious solution….

Even if you have empty shelf you can still have glass on empty shelf but not sure if glass will add any shielding anyway.

I tested Superline/SC 1,5 Years ago and… surprise … liked the Prefix more for its natural and organic sound - less detail but more foot tapping under my table.

Maybe I can do the same with prefix as you have done…?

If you have one spare Fraim rack why not use three Fraim racks?

Good question - not enough space … :frowning:

See:

Need quardaspire because it is 4 legged and has enough depth for the AVR

So you’re keeping Naim Dac? I would take off everything your not using (250 etc) then re arrange whats left to Naim recommendation Brain - Braun.
