Follow up to my nd555 not being found on Naim app
After I unplugged the Uptone eR switch as @Cohen1263 suggeted it seemed to fix the issue.
However later next day started to have trouble with app discovering the streamer again or the app would freeze.
I realized I never unplugged my WAP ( wireless access port) that sends WiFi to my iPad which I use for the Naim app.
After unplugging the WAP now all works perfectly.
So what I learned was that after power failure in addition to rebooting the boxes and router, MUST unplug both the switch and the WAP

PS. my naim app actually functions better since unplugging and restarting the switch. The responses to touch commands are quicker
