Well done Naim!
I upgraded the software from 4.10.6 to 4.11.8 recently, on my newly purchased 2010 Ndac.
Everything went fine, except from me forgetting to unzip the files 
After another attempt wich also failed, it worked and loaded the upgrade within 3-4 seconds.
After a unit restart and some patience my iphone confirmed that firmware was implemented.
