NDX can't connent to router via wired ethernet

Does anyone know it is hardware problem or software problem? I think it is software issue, so hope someone knows to solve it.

I know you have indicated that the NDX can detect the cable. It is worth trying another cable if you have not already done so.

To me you need to get your dealer to check. Most people with NDX including me, it just works when you connect into the Ethernet. The fact you have problems but Wifi works and other items work on your LAN suggests your NDX probably has a hardware fault, so you would need to get it repaired.

We gave you the answer days ago, it needs to go to your dealer who will verify it has that problem & then I suspect it wii have to go back to Naim.

Yes, it could be some silly issue like a faulty cable.
