I tried it about 1hrs ago and the streams seem to be ok. That’s trying from UK and if outside the UK then there area a wealth of different servers hired by the BBC in the mix that can cause issues.
If its still causing issues raise a support ticket and make it clear on where you are based and we’ll aim to VPN in to see if there is an issue or not.
