Great picture @William …including the Thames Barrier…built by my late father in law…not in person …he was the Financial Director for the project.

Thanks @BobF that’s certainly something to be proud of. We really enjoyed the media presentation in the visitor’s centre which explained the operation of the barrier really well. The visitor’s centre is hard to find and access without a car but well worth a visit off the typical tourist track.

we have them even in our bedrooms… :wink: family of 3, number of bikes = 9
bedrooms = 5. daughter 2 bikes, wife 2 bikes, me 5.

Out for a walk today and I agree - the stuff people just dump.

Kingfisher , Sabi Sands . I had the vehicle to myself and I asked the ranger to go somewhere for a kingfisher photo

I think we saw four varieties of kingfisher that day , but this was my favourite .
