So close to me.Was in my beach house in Laigueglia.

Was driving to a concert in Milan. Stopped in Albenga for lunch en route. Only my second ever visit there. Nice place.

They are “trofie al pesto”, and their origin is from Recco, 20 kilometers east of Genoa.

With summer on us and some problems in the A13, it has become more difficult to commute between Italy and Switzerland.
I am using more and more the Splügenpass (Passo dello Spluga), one of my favorite Alps passes.
Except when you are behind a bus (corriera), the reason I stopped to take this picture.

Sunshine Plaza highly recommended . Mrs Mike can spend up big there
When the company I worked for that built it , some clot decided that putting blue dye into the river that goes through the middle of the centre would be a fantastic idea to make the water look really good from the murky greyish colour.
Of course it did for about 30 minutes - it’s tidal
I think he got fired !!!
