I have found that a number of Proacs do boom significantly in domestic rooms - but never heard this from any Dynaudio speaker in difficult rooms.
Of course Dynaudio sound is not the proac sound… but they definitely do not boom in any room I have tested them in.

The Dynaudio’s are nice. The ProAc’s are very different. I own both. I like my ProAc’s more.

Hi,
I use a 7m Naim Superlumina speakercable.
I took the speakers away from the walls now it is better, but I know my critic is on a high level.
I wanted to upgrade to a NAP 500 DR but now, I am not sure if that would be make the problem bigger?
Mat
No, if you get the Proac further from the wall, they will be less boomy
I think I found the solution;-)
I use an other spike solution, and took they a little more away from the wall and wow…
I never would think that there are a such big difference between spikes…
Thank so much you for all help and wish you a happy adventtime

Good step…NAP500DR will hold your bass tightly with better control.

Hi Mat; What are these new spikes that you claim making such a difference and solving the issue?
