Show us your flowers 💐

And this rose, which is at least 30 years old, is resplendent this year.

We are blessed to have the fortune of beholding another spectacular display of estivate blossoming :relaxed:

This one is young, and still settling it. It has managed a few flowers this year.

The foliage is looking particularly healthy and I have every confidence that it will continue to flourish under your stewardship. I tried to capture a feeding butterfly/moth but I could not focus before it flew away.

What you need is a Buddleia, aka butterfly bush. We have a white flowered one, but it won’t flower for a while yet. Never fails to attract them, and it’s nice to have some colour when other flowers have finished, although the foliage is uninteresting.

I have three Buddleia in my garden and I’m waiting patiently for them to flower :blossom:

Lawns should have flowers, too!

Can’t beat good old fashioned Geranuims to add a splash of colour…

That species of wild geranium as opposed to cultivated is a spectacle to sit back and admire upon the backdrop of the rock garden :relaxed:

Yup, got got it

Just waiting for these to get really going, all the hydrangeas seem a bit behind this year due to the weather fluctuations.

Wife is a florist, one of her recent mock ups for a much delayed bride who hopefully will be getting married on freedom day part 2 on the 19th. Really feel for the stress that these couples have been put through, imagine waiting on a Boris announcement and your wedding is actually that day!

Fingers crossed for them.

Wife does the professional stuff, I mess about in the garden and then on the big gigs take some time off my work and become the helper up the ladder.
