I know you have the build to finish and then the settling in phase (which can take almost as long), but you’ve mentioned often on here how you miss having one around.
Yep Mrs Pete will get a rescue dog straight away and I’ll get a blue cattle dog pup.

Bernard the cat has been found dead this morning after a road accident. I’m kind of pleased that the young kids did see him this morning when feeding him.
Bernard was an active cat suiting the family well, this photo shows nicely how he was:
I’m off digging a grave in the garden / rain and the play the organ loud and long.
