Which are those feet under the amplifier… What do they do to the sound ?

Regards

Yes all gone for the time being funds where needed elsewhere but I have to say the
Uniti 1 is doing a great job it has the upgraded streaming board so can stream up to 192 and can stream Tidal. Also the added CD means I can listen to music only available to me on vinyl before for instance Chet Baker Memories on Paddle Wheel CD cost me £4.50 but the record is £100 +

Bravo, it was what I wanted to know too … Glass aside!

I’m from the advanced series quadrasphire. See photo. In addition to making the naim stand out it makes the sound much warmer and with lower frequencies fuller and more present. Try them at your retailer and then tell me your impression …

Hi Mike
I bought three sets of glass and three sets of cups and balls used from another site but The measurements willl be on the Naim site I would think and the glass available from any glazier I would think just ask them to polish the edges and round the corners, the cups and balls are available from Tom Tom Audio.
The difference with and without isn’t huge but I found it worthwhile It seems to just tidy things up and makes the bass notes clearer.

Cheers.

It was sold to generate some cash needed elsewhere.

As we’re on isolation tips, I’ve come across ISOAcoustics OREA range which are the same idea as @anon35986639 feet above, but perhaps a little more involved. Excellent price and reviews are very good.

Beautiful, in the end it costs about the same … In Italy the cost of mine is € 300.00

They do look excellent and really well built, I’m just about to order some for my record deck, so will post a review once I’ve got them in the system.

For your turntable?

Yes, for a Rega Planar 3 2016, I messaged a local dealer for some advice as my turntable is quite light at 6kg, and he said they often used the OREA’s on my precise model for demo’s and said the Bronzes worked extremely well.

Each one is rated for a weight range per foot, so the bronze is rated at around 3kg (max) per foot, and anything up to half of that it can do justice. Anything under about half the weight rating of the foot has a negative effect on sound quality, so you have to be a little careful.

My little system. Moscow, Russia.

Mine are made for under the mechanics …

The OREA’s are for pretty much anything audio, up to heavy subs and racks down to phono amps.

So far, I believe, the most elegant visual speaker/room interaction I’ve seen. I just wish you it sounds half as good as it looks.

That looks like a very special edition of wegner’s ‘bamsestol’ - a true icon in danish design heritage, also one of the best to sit in. A bit like naim, looks great, is great

THANK YOU Lars! We know a furniture dealer here in our city who travels to Europe to find these pieces and bring them back. And he has people who can refurbish and re-cover them true to original form. I’m very happy to give it a good home and I think that Naim design and mid-century work very well together.

Well with any luck here are som pios of my system-
