Very nice color palette!
Those Proacās look great in the Ebony finish IMHO
Thanks Guys
Opus- Looks like a very well thought out system. From component mix, attention to cables and power delivery, speaker placement. Bet it sounds terrific.
Imo, speaker size and placement is the where we stumble ā¦nice to see that you have a room available to experiment and get the best out of yours.
Thanks itās a fairly big room. Iāve got enough room to not feel the need for room acoustics products, but may try some again. I decided on the smaller D20R instead of bigger ProAcās so I wouldnāt have acoustic anomalies. REL S/510 gives me all the bass I need!
I am very happy with my sound, it makes me smile everytime I listen. A Nap 500 would be nice but I donāt think is a must with the room//sopras
I think nap 500 and new speakers must be hand to hand upgrade which might end my marriage
Adding black boxes is easy but nap 500 or speakers are highly visible items:))
I really like this set-up/room - it looks very nicely balanced visually. However, I have noticed that you have positioned your electronics āpodā on the left and now the right of the shelf below. The OCD element in me wonders what it would like like positioned in the middle directly under the televisionā¦?
I also wonder if it would bring acoustic benefits, being equidistant from both speakers? Of course I might be talking tosh and it may make no difference at allš
Peter R, as you were so helpful the other day I wondered on your experience with one vs two 555ps on the ND555? Accoustica came with the goodies today so itās running in time on new kit but sounding awesome already! For completeness updated system pic. I havenāt got to adjusting pads yet on the musicworks block. In advance thanks.
Hi Huxleyaston, good on you and Iām not surprised Admittedly I run 2x555PSs into the archaic CDP555 and I can only imagine, that the result is the same with the old resolution-game and digging in deeper on the ND555 equivalent Now get on to the G3 footers! All the best and enjoy Peter
PS. You need full Fraim now btw., would be silly not to!
Full fat Fraim is on orderš
Beautiful, I love the art work.
Thatās one nice looking system and I bet it sounds awesome.
The focals are very good in tight area I have a pair myself and love them I just need to get a 555ps dr I am still using non dr xps. The rest of my system is all Dr. How far apart are the speaker.
Naim must built the block type streamer:)
4th block
Crispyduck. I am just up the road from sydenham and will definitely give the tap room a visit (as soon as such activities are allowed again). Thanks for the recommendation.
Hi Thomas, very cleverly done but consider my emotional state please, as Iām not going to be able to unsee that now Best Peter
Hi Peter,
Looks gorgeous, doesnāt it? And tidier
A couple of minutes with PhotoShop and tada : a full Statement
The fins not only serve as heat dissipaters but as sound diffusors as well. Couldnāt be more convenient.
