Thank you Richard for removing all the unnecessary unpleasantness
The screen of Pete’s Atom is very unpleasant with dirty finger marks
3 months on and I’m still enjoying the NDX2. Apart from a couple of reboots, it’s otherwise been faultless and makes a great digital hub and S/PDIF source. It also gives me a number of options if I get the urge to make changes further down the line. No rush at the moment though.
Kingsday is a beautiful day to post updated pictures of my main system.
Most recent additions have been the AudioQuest Castle Rock speaker cables and the Dynaudio Sub 6. Very happy with how the system sounds and also how well it integrates in our living room.
Beautiful rack and beautiful speakers!
We had an extension built which became our new lounge/kitchen/diner and freed up the old lounge to be converted into a dedicated listening room for the main system - which I’ve already posted pics of.
This is the system in the new lounge which I listen to for much of the day, as the kitchen table is still my home office!
UnitiQute, into Rega RS1s. Also connected to the nSub and Yamaha AV receiver for movie duties or for the rare occasions I want to supplement the low end for music listening.
Cheers,
Ian
Looks very ‘clean’ and lovely James ATB Peter
I spy Relayer…
i think monitor really nailed the gx series, too. i have some gx100s that truly sound great in a smaller room.
Always a pleasure to see your system pics.
And that plant. How do you manage to keep it looking so fresh ?
When I’ve kept them they always go brown and crinkly and the tips curl up.
love that sofa!
Central heating and dry air is the culprit here.
Keep it on the cool side of comfortable, do not over water and spray leaves with water twice a day.
See me in 7 days.
Cheers @conlegno @PeterR @TOBYJUG
I must admit I don’t do much with the plant. Just careful watering, feed once a year and the occasional trim. They say plants like music so I’ll put it down to that
Very nice Peter - The Fact 12 is a very elegant speaker and looks great in your room
Your system pics were one of my original inspirations to go with isoblue racks. Your system is minimalist as ever. You must have had the Devialet for some time now?
Lucky plant!
