…looks like you solved the cable dressing problem.
Made me smile. That’s actually quite funny.
That needs a thread all of its own X)
Nothing new to photograph (not that looks any different anyway), but the RP6 always looks new and shiny when the light is right…
Following the recent addition of a P8 to the living room system I felt like reducing the clutter of 3 boxes and associated cabling (NAC202/NAP200/HiCap - 10 years old). Feeling the need for a change and not really using my CD5XS any more I didn’t feel limited to going the Naim route (did previously try/own a Supernait2 but experienced hum issues that were also replicated at my dealer’s shop). Enter the Moon 340i X integrated. Still early days, only up and running for some 3-4 hours, but improving by the hour and sounding very promising - very natural, large soundstage and relaxed in a powerful sort of way, if that makes sense. With my Audiovector S3A, 10 years old and on some occasions a little hot in the treble, the combination of the Moon with the P8 and Ania Pro appears to be right in the sweet spot. And before you count me out: I still have my LP12 based 202/200DR/NAPSC system in the home office

You look at this, and then wonder how on earth the sounds emerging just to its left can sound so incredible.
Those B&Ws are nice-looking speakers.
Is it me or do Moon and Naim use exactly the same volume knob?
Maybe that’s why they work so well together in a system. They have a similar philosophy when it comes to build quality and power supplies too.
Close, but not exactly the same. The Moon one is slightly concave as seen from the side. I believe a saw a reviewer describe this as ensuring a better grip, which made me think it’s for people with a very windy living environment or just really weak fingers … Anyway, speaking of Moon and Naim, just found out this morning that I can actually use the Moon remote to control my CD5XS (though not used often at all still nice to pack away one remote).
Thank you, my beautiful CDM1 bought in 1995.
You went far with this green …
Reminds me of horror movies
Scary !
IMHO I find it relaxing…love the ‘Green room’
‘‘Green is the colour of nature. Green light stimulates the creation of growth hormones and strengthens muscles, bones and other tissues. It can also boost your body’s immune system…’’
there again, it may be all boll***s…but I like it…and it makes the whisky taste even better…
I’m not sure about the scotch . maybe after a good dram ,everythings looks greeny…
‘Scotch mist’…
A ‘non-Green’ piccy…
The NAP500 is warmed up now, the Morgana’s are sounding very nice…much improved bass control and lots more perceived detail…well chuffed !
