We have a harmony remote here and all fronts are bypassed through the av to the main amp. Its extremely simple to us. Hit ‘watch TV’ and it turns on the av, tv and goes to the right channel, hit ‘play music’, and it goes to the right channel on the amp and turns the av and tv off.
For my smaller room at least its preferential to a sea of speakers
As I expect you’re aware, the downside of so many speakers in one room is that each will excite the others which will impact SQ. This is why dealer demo rooms typically only have one set of speakers in them.
Hello all - been reading for a while to inform decisions about developing my system - thanks for sharing your wisdom. Upgrades to amplification now made so felt it was time to join and share pictures of my lovely system.

Naim 282/250 drives Kudos Titan 606 fronts.
Anthem MRX740 drives Miller & Kreisel surrounds, Velodyne sub and KEF Atmos speakers.
It also drives the Centre Speaker which is basically built into the Sony 65” TV. This has a ‘centre speaker mode’ which works surprisingly well. Movies are great, and music concert blu-rays are great through the NAIM/Titans.
Thank you.
I can see what you mean about the strange object on the right.
It is a Le Feu room heater - works on bio-ethanol. I was sceptical but it works well and it has a ‘War of the Worlds’ look that I like. The pizza oven is in a shed.
Your wife clearly has the same taste as mine.
We have had it a long time. Conscious of Naim (sic) dropping, it is made by Gallotti and Radice, and is so heavy we have had to decorate around it. The record cabinet underneath is has a foil on the front to echo the shape.
